Job summary

Atos UK is seeking a motivated PMO Analyst to support PMO services across projects in the UK&I. You'll maintain RAID logs, governance packs and dashboards, and assist with financial administration and resource data.

Working within the UK PPM function, you will collaborate with PMO leads and delivery teams to ensure effective controls and timely reporting. A willingness to learn and SC clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering PMO services across projects and programmes.
• Ability to maintain governance packs and reports.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PMO services across assigned projects, programmes and accounts.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, dependency logs, milestone plans and governance documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of governance packs, dashboards, reports and management information.
• Support governance meetings through meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and follow-up activities.
• Update and maintain project schedules, resource information and project control documentation.
• Perform quality checks on PMO data and reporting, ensuring information is complete, accurate and up to date.
• Support risk, issue and dependency management processes by maintaining records and escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Assist with financial administration activities, including timesheet tracking, purchase order administration and budget data maintenance.
• Support resource management processes through maintenance of resource trackers and workforce information.
• Ensure PMO documentation and records are managed in accordance with agreed standards and controls.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates and ways of working.
• Build positive working relationships with project teams, stakeholders and PMO colleagues.
