Paramount Skydance Corporation in London is seeking a Coordinator, Contract Management and Operations for a 6-month FTC to support end-to-end contract lifecycle across licensing domains, track workflows, ensure compliance, and manage renewals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional partners, maintain trackers, perform data checks, and help onboard Account Executives while driving process improvements and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data handling.
• Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Review submissions for completeness and alignment with policies.
• Track deal progress with Sales and Legal to reduce cycle time.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for clear workflow visibility.
• Perform regular data checks across systems.
• Identify and escalate system, process, or data issues.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates.
• Assist AE onboarding activities and materials.
• Support training by preparing materials and coordinating sessions.
• Assist change management and adoption of new workflows.
• Support renewal management tasks and dashboards.
• Update SOPs and training materials.
