Job summary

Bloomberg in London seeks a Contracts Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for multiple lines of business. You’ll manage service orders, generate and execute contracts, and ensure timely, compliant delivery while delivering excellent client service.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Engineering and Operations, maintain accurate client records, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., account management or client support).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multilingual ability a plus.
• Experience with contracts and data management.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Results-driven with energy to perform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal, Microsoft Suite, SAP, Kofax.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyse, validate and process Service Order Requests (SORs).
• Interpret and verify service requests to gatekeep contract processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Issue accurate contracts to clients in a timely manner.
• Handle high-volume inquiries from internal and external clients.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of contract execution including signature verification and archival.
• Maintain global agreements and client databases; ensure data integrity.
• Lead projects and liaise between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Installations, Negotiations, Legal and Compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Managers to develop, implement, and test new features, including digital contract signing.
