Job summary

DLRC Ltd is seeking a Commercial Associate on an initial 12-month fixed term contract in the UK. The role blends commercial operations with business development, contracts, proposals, CRM administration, and marketing support, working hybrid across departments.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Finance, Marketing and other teams to prepare documents, track opportunities, and ensure governance and compliance throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commercial Law, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial support, contracts, proposals or business development coordination.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, amend, and finalise agreements and commercial documents
• Support proposals, contracts, client materials and CRM records
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with policies
• Maintain CRM systems, track opportunities, and report data
• Coordinate meetings and provide admin support to Business Development
• Assist with governance, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration
• Identify process improvements and support marketing campaigns
