Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Contract Manager for Berkshire to lead a growing building services portfolio. The role involves setting KPIs/SLAs, coordinating a team, and driving commercial success with on-site accountability.

You will provide technical support to engineers, manage client relationships, attend meetings, and handle WIPs and P&L while delivering additional projects and ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing contracts / maintenance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically qualified with relevant electrical/mechanical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a commercial portfolio and manage KPIs / SLAs.
• Propose extra works/projects and manage on-site delivery.
