Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead operational delivery of Response/Maintenance workstreams.
- Develop and motivate teams, including apprentices.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Prioritise health and safety across sites with robust controls.
