You will lead day-to-day operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure contractual commitments are met while safeguarding profitability. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Operations experience is essential.
• Proven track record in a customer service environment.
• Experience of building a strong customer relationship.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written, to all levels.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• Able to articulate problems professionally and challenge in the right way.
• IT literate and able to adopt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of customer operations and act as the primary escalation point for issues.
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple customer brands to ensure service delivery.
• Drive operational performance balancing service excellence, contractual compliance and commercial objectives.
• Coach, develop and support team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to ensure teams achieve customer and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, finance, legal and support functions to deliver commitments while protecting profitability.
• Monitor performance against KPIs using stakeholder governance to drive service quality.
• Identify service improvements and implement value-adding initiatives.
