IFGlobal is seeking an ambitious Warehouse Manager Designate to join our Bournemouth and Christchurch sites, supporting day-to-day operations and developing toward full site management in a busy 3PL warehouse.

You will supervise inbound, storage, picking, packing and despatch, plan labour to meet forecasts, monitor KPIs, uphold health and safety standards and coach Team Leaders to improve productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or junior management role within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Proven track record of managing shift teams and delivering against KPIs/SLAs.
• Good knowledge of WMS-driven operations, inventory control and despatch.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and despatch.
• Plan labour and shift resources to meet forecast volumes and client demands.
• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements and health & safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and operatives, managing attendance and performance.
