  • Lead KPI review meetings and provide detailed management information and performance reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with SIA requirements, company policies, assignment instructions, GDPR, and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Investigate incidents, security breaches, complaints, and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Support business continuity planning and ensure sites remain resilient to operational disruptions.
  • Manage deployment, workforce planning, recruitment requirements, and absence management across the portfolio.
  • Conduct performance reviews, welfare meetings, investigations, and disciplinary processes in partnership with HR.
  • Monitor contract performance, budgets, and labour costs to ensure efficient and commercially viable service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and added value for clients.
  • Support contract mobilisation, variation requests, and business growth opportunities where required.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, audit trails, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
