Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Security Contract Manager to oversee delivery across a portfolio of security contracts in the South & West Yorkshire region. The role emphasizes operational leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring services meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.

You will manage Site Managers, Supervisors, and security teams, with regular travel to customer sites and occasional head-office attendance. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing staffing budgets and contract performance.

  • Experience managing service delivery against KPIs and contractual requirements.
  • Good understanding of SIA regulations, Health & Safety legislation, risk management, and security compliance standards.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of customer sites including Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, Barnsley and Doncaster.
  • Ensure all security services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and client expectations.
  • Manage and support Site Managers, Security Supervisors and onsite security officers across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assurance visits to ensure compliance and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point for operational matters.
  • Lead KPI review meetings and provide detailed management information and performance reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with SIA requirements, company policies, assignment instructions, GDPR, and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Investigate incidents, security breaches, complaints, and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Support business continuity planning and ensure sites remain resilient to operational disruptions.
  • Manage deployment, workforce planning, recruitment requirements, and absence management across the portfolio.
  • Conduct performance reviews, welfare meetings, investigations, and disciplinary processes in partnership with HR.
  • Monitor contract performance, budgets, and labour costs to ensure efficient and commercially viable service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and added value for clients.
  • Support contract mobilisation, variation requests, and business growth opportunities where required.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, audit trails, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mondayto Friday - flexible to meet the needs of the business

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum + carallowance/company car

Location: Hybrid/Field Based - South &West Yorkshire (North East Region)

Overview

Due to Anchor Group Services’ continued growth and ongoingsuccess, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Security Contract Managerto join our team, overseeing the delivery of security services across aportfolio of customer sites throughout the South & West Yorkshire region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsiblefor the day-to-day management and performance of multiple security contracts, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, customerexpectations and company standards.

You will be responsible for leading Site Managers, SecuritySupervisors and frontline security teams across the portfolio, ensuringservices consistently deliver against contractual requirements, Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) and customer expectations. You will act as the primaryoperational contact for key clients, building strong relationships, and drivingcontinuous improvement across the portfolio, while providing leadership,support and direction to teams across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be a highly organisedoperational leader with experience managing multi-site security contracts and aproven ability to deliver exceptional service, maintain compliance, and driveperformance across a diverse portfolio of sites.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role requiresregular travel to customer sites and occasional attendance at our Head Officein Chester.
