Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a major organisation in Warwick for a Connections Contract Manager. Hybrid role with 2 days on site, responsible for contracts and stakeholder relations across electricity connection projects to help the energy transition.

You'll manage contractual queries and risks, support projects from initiation to completion, and collaborate with internal and external teams while driving process improvements within the Connections function.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, account management, or stakeholder-facing delivery roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer queries, and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of the UK energy industry or regulated frameworks is advantageous.

Warwick (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Salary: starting at £40k per annum

We're working with a major organisation at the forefront of the UK's energy transition to recruit a Connections Contract Manager to join their Connections Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the connection of low-carbon technologies to the UK's high-voltage electricity network - playing a key role in the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable energy system. From wind farms to solar projects, you'll help manage the contractual and stakeholder relationships that enable major infrastructure projects to move forward.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in contract management, account management, or stakeholder-facing delivery roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, customer queries, and complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence working within regulated or complex operational environments
• Understanding of the UK energy industry or regulated frameworks is advantageous
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Grid Code, STC, or CUSC would be beneficial but not essential
• Passion for supporting the UK's transition to net zero
