Job summary

H9 Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Contract Manager for renewable energy projects in London. You will lead contract management across major sites, from procurement through close-out, drafting and negotiating EPC, construction, and service agreements.

Focus on risk, variations, claims and change control with a collaborative cross-functional team. The role offers hybrid working in London, salary between £80,000 and £95,000 plus bonus and benefits, and strong exposure to large-scale

Qualifications

• Strong contract management or commercial management within renewable energy, power generation, utilities or major infrastructure.
• Experience working with large construction, EPC or energy-related contracts.
• Good understanding of contract administration, variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Experience negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, EPC or bespoke energy agreements would be advantageous.
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within solar, wind, battery storage, grid infrastructure, energy-from-waste, hydrogen or wider energy transition projects would be particularly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Support dispute avoidance and resolution where required.
