Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Contracts Manager to join the Connections team on a 12-month contract in Warwick. The role focuses on major infrastructure and renewable energy projects shaping the UK's energy network.

In a hybrid setup based in Warwick, you will manage customer contracts through the project lifecycle, build strong stakeholder relationships and help deliver complex connection projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling complex customer queries and contractual issues.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of the UK energy industry or regulated utilities (desirable).
• Understanding of industry regulations such as Grid Code, CUSC (advantageous).

The Role

• Managing customer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Managing contractual risks and resolving queries or complaints.
• Supporting the delivery of major electricity connection projects.
• Working closely with technical, commercial and project teams.
• Leading meetings and deputising for senior management where required.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling complex customer queries and contractual issues.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• The ability to influence and work across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of the UK energy industry or regulated utilities (desirable).

Contract Details

• 12-Month Contract
• Up to £450 per day
• Hybrid working- Warwick office with home working.
• Occasional travel may be required.
