Job summary

Samsic UK is recruiting a full-time Contract Manager to support and grow our Midlands education contract across 13 sites near Redditch, Kidderminster and Worcester. The role requires strong relationship building, leadership, and a flexible approach to hours.

Successful candidates will travel regionally, manage site teams and subcontractors, and ensure high service levels while following Samsic procedures and values of Responsibility, Integrity, and Creativity.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a single or multiple education contracts.
• Ability to deliver strong client relationships and service excellence.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational management of client contract sites and teams, including subcontractors.
• Travel across the region to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Adhere to all company procedures and systems.
• Manage payroll and allocation of wages, materials, equipment spends and budgets.
• Ensure delivery of quality service through auditing and performance checks.
• Develop opportunities to grow the business and improve service levels.
• Liaise regularly with clients, managers, sales and budget responsible personnel.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional conduct as a Samsic ambassador.

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, permanent Contract Manager within the Midlands Region to support and build on the company’s success and growth. The Contract Manager role is dedicated to one education contract encompassing 13 sites predominantly around Redditch, Kidderminster and Worcester.

You will have:

• Ability to grow strong relationships both internally and externally
• Deliver against the Samsic Values -Responsibility, Integrity, Creativity
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Full, Clean Driving Licence
• Flexible working hours tailored around the needs of the business
• Preferably have multi-site contract management experience within the cleaning industry particularly the education sector

This position involves:

• Responsibility for daily operational management of the client contract sites service delivery personnel and teams including sub contractors
• Travelling throughout the region
• Following all company procedures and systems.
• Managing payroll and allocation of wages, material, equipment spends, and budgets
• Checking and ensuring delivery of a quality service through our auditing systems
• Developing opportunities to grow the business
• Liaising with clients, managers, sales, and direct personnel on a regular basis
• Positively working towards staff development and demonstrating good leadership skills
• Demonstrating respect and good ethical standards to be an ambassador for the business
