Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver all contractual obligations across multiple customer sites.
• Act as primary contact for customers, managing relationships and service performance.
• Ensure contract compliance, KPIs and safety standards are met.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Collaborate with Service Centre teams and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless service.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
