Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking a Contract Maintenance Engineer for a busy Leicester factory. You’ll cover 4 on, 4 off days and nights on a 3 months+ contract, maintaining hydraulics, conveyors and PLC-controlled lines.

You must be fully apprentice trained (NVQ Level 3 & BTEC Level 3 or above) and prepared to work in an industrious manufacturing environment focused on efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Fully apprentice trained in engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining hydraulics, conveyors and PLC controls.
• Industrial manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise production lines and site equipment.
• Support projects to improve site efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure safe, compliant maintenance practices.
