Job Description:

TrueNorth is exclusively recruiting for a Contract M365 / O365 / Level 3 Engineer for a partner based in Newcastle.

This role focuses on clearing an existing backlog of tickets within the Digital Workspace area, as well as some key tactical projects, such as a tenancy migration and a global Windows 10 to 11 upgrade. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role, suitable for candidates with practical experience in these areas rather than purely design and deployment.

The initial contract is for 6 months with a high likelihood of extension. The role is outside IR35.

Due to the nature of the work and evolving onsite/remote requirements, the candidate should be able to work 2-3 days per week in Newcastle initially, with potential to reduce to about 2 visits per month after settling into the role.

The daily rate is approximately £375 - £400, depending on experience. Ideally, the candidate should be available immediately, but a start date within 2 weeks is acceptable.
