Job summary

11 Investments Ltd, via NearTech Search, is recruiting a Contract Lead in Altrincham. The role offers a base salary up to £50,000 with monthly commission and quarterly bonuses, in a hybrid setup with 3 days in-office.

The Contract Lead will win and grow client accounts, source top-tier tech talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and network at industry events. A 360-recruitment background and tech/ SaaS recruitment experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a 360 role with strong win capabilities.
• Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management.
• Positive, team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients would be beneficial.

• Cross-sell interim and contract solutions to existing clients and accounts.
• Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods.

• Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients.

Contract Lead

Altrincham, WA14 1EP | Hybrid, 3 days in-office

NearTech Search are 11 Investments' recruitment specialists in niche and innovative technology markets across North America, the UK and Europe. Typically partnering with early stage funded start-ups to support growth across technical teams, from Engineers through to CTO level. After back-to-back years of revenue growth since inception in 2024, just like the clients we support every day, we are ready for our own next phase of growth.

As Contract Lead you'll be expected to:

• Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals

• Cross-sell interim and contract solutions to existing clients and accounts

You Will Need:
