Job summary

Outsource UK in Clevedon is seeking a capable HR Administrator for a site-based contract role. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR administration to keep HR operations running smoothly.

This busy role requires strong organisational and communication skills, confidentiality and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environment. Rolling six-month contract with PAYE, £16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• HR administration experience would be beneficial.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, technical, industrial or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Preparing contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
• Handling HR queries from employees and managers.
• Assisting with absence and employee relations administration.
