Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is looking for a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This position offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8, including 2 managers, with a focus on:

• Team development: managing a team with roles from junior (£2.5K WGP) to principal (£24K WGP)
• Team growth: budget to add 2 more team members from day one
• Leading from the front: must be comfortable being hands-on
