Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is seeking a Director to lead their highly profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8 (including 2 Managers) and focus on:

• Team development: managing a team ranging from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP)
• Team growth: with a budget to hire 2 additional team members from day one
• Leading from the front: being hands-on and actively involved
