My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is seeking a Director to lead their highly profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

Opportunity

This role offers the chance to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Team Development: Manage a team of 8 (including 2 Managers), overseeing all levels from Junior (£2.5K WGP) to Principal (£24K WGP).
• Team Growth: Budget to hire 2 additional team members from day one.
• Leading from the Front: Must be comfortable being hands-on.
