Job Description:

My client, a 70+ head UK & European Tech recruitment specialist, is looking for a Director to lead their profitable Swiss division (£100k WGP).

This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland within 6-12 months.

You will inherit a team of 8 (including 2 Managers) and focus on:

• Team development: Managing a team from junior (£2.5K WGP) to principal (£24K WGP)
• Team growth: Budget to add 2 more hires from day one
• Leading from the front: Hands-on leadership style is essential
