You will draft, review and negotiate complex transactional documents, support high-value transactions, conduct due diligence and prepare clear reports, and work closely with clients and Linklaters practice groups.

Qualifikationen

• Experience advising on corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and equity investments.
• Experience in top-tier law firms preferred; consulting experience valued.
