Job summary

Linklaters and its Re:link platform seek experienced lawyers with strong background in private credit and special situations to deliver high-quality legal advice to clients on complex financing transactions. UK experience in top-tier firms or in-house is preferred, with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on private credit transactions.
• Knowledge of stressed and distressed investments.
• Experience with leveraged finance or bespoke financing.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
• In-house experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality legal advice and support to Linklaters’ clients.
• Collaborate with Linklaters practice groups on complex financing deals.
