Job description

Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for contract lawyers, is seeking experienced lawyers with strong private credit and special situations experience. As a Re:link consultant, you will deliver high-quality legal advice and support to Linklaters’ clients, with a solid background in complex financing transactions, including private credit, special situations, and related restructuring or distressed scenarios.

We are looking for lawyers with UK experience, ideally gained in top-tier law firms or inhouse, who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience advising on private credit transactions
• Good understanding of special situations, including stressed and distressed investments
• Experience with leveraged finance, restructuring, or bespoke financing arrangements
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders confidently
• In-house experience is helpful but not essential
