Job summary

Linklaters is seeking experienced interim lawyers with strong private credit experience to support high-value, complex financing matters on a flexible basis. The roles will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating private credit documentation, and advising on a range of financing matters including leveraged finance, direct lending, unitranche, mezzanine and cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Private credit experience gained at a leading law firm, financial institution, asset manager or in-house legal team.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Experience working on complex, cross-border financing matters.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating private credit and related finance documentation.
• Advising on a range of financing matters including leveraged finance, direct lending, unitranche, mezzanine and special situations.
• Supporting transaction structuring, due diligence and execution across domestic and cross-border matters.
• Advising on legal, documentation and risk issues throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborating with deal teams, investment professionals, management teams and external counsel.
• Supporting deal execution in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
