Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative tasks to support a complex client contract
  • Coordinating and tracking security clearance and onboarding for site staff
  • Supporting contract compliance and documentation
  • Acting as the go-to person for on-site queries and coordination
  • Liaising with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day running

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven administration experience – you’re the kind of person who loves systems, spreadsheets, and structure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, sometimes demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable working onsite (with some flexibility for hybrid working)

  • Experience in Facilities Management (FM) or Contract Catering
  • Previous exposure to contract environments or working with large client organisations
