We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial to our division, coordinating bookings for service user assessments. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders and professionals for continuing health care assessments, focusing on delivering operational KPIs in line with service agreements. Your role will be pivotal in improving patient flow and serving as the central liaison for service users.

The delivery teams across the Care Assessment area include operational and clinical experts who deliver assessment services to support improving people’s lives.

Everyday you will...

  • Act as a central liaison point, coordinating assessments, setting KPIs, managing reports, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality service.
  • Identify process and service delivery improvements
  • Meet with service users and families, often during stressful times, working with sensitivity and empathy
  • Manage assessments to outcomes, expectations, and relationships with multiple parties
