Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Contract Consultant to support the client site in Reading. This hybrid role combines on-site work with occasional remote tasks, and involves managing staffing, payroll, and related HR processes.

You will partner with the client and Adecco Operations Manager to plan recruitment, onboarding, shift scheduling, and project planning for site activities while maintaining strong employee relations and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift management, HR, industrial recruitment, employee relations and payroll processing.
• Onsite focus with option for hybrid work and site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Headcount and pool management to meet client demand.
• Oversee attendance, absences, holidays and employee relations conversations.
• Weekly allocation of shifts and management of temporary staffing needs.
• Oversee payroll processes, daily attendance reporting and associate queries.
• Schedule site tours and inductions for future activity.
• Track site KPIs and support outsourced contracts.
