Job summary

Birmingham Settlement's Money Advice Service is seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to provide essential administrative support, data collation, and reporting for commissioned Money Advice Services at the Kingstanding centre.

You will work with the Money Advice Service Manager and Debt & Welfare Benefit Advisors, handling client calls and occasional reception duties to ensure smooth service delivery and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience and data handling
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to manage routine client interactions and reception duties

Responsibilities

• Collate data and support production of service reports for commissioned Money Advice Services
• Provide information for Birmingham City Council and MaPS
• Handle client calls and assist with reception duties as required
• Work with Money Advice Service Manager and Debt & Welfare Benefit Advisors
