Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with relevant authorisation.
• Experience handling contract-based disputes.
• Ability to manage fast, multi-track matters.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• IT literate with case management experience.
• Experience with insurance funded clients desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload independently.
• Advising clients by phone and face to face.
• Progressing matters using the firm's case management system.
• Handling billing and invoicing.
• Working closely with colleagues in a cooperative team environment.
• Hybrid or fully remote working is available, with Bristol office attendance for internal meetings when required.
