• Managing a varied caseload of high-value commercial disputes from instruction through to resolution
• Advising on complex contractual, company and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims
• Handling intellectual property, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation, ADR processes and litigation
• Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercially focused advice aligned with business objectives
