You will manage a varied caseload of contract-based disputes for Claimants and Defendants, including misrepresentation, professional negligence and construction matters.

The role offers hybrid or remote working, with occasional attendance at Leeds, Bristol or Cardiff offices for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience advising individuals and commercial clients on contract-based disputes.
• Ability to manage your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of fast, intermediate, and multi-track litigation files.
