Chadwick Nott is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEx to join its Contract & Commercial Litigation team in Cardiff. You will manage a varied caseload of civil disputes (excluding personal injury) for Claimants and Defendants, with strong development pathways.

Hybrid or fully remote working is available, with Cardiff office attendance for internal meetings when required. The role offers a competitive salary and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with contract disputes experience.
• Experience advising individuals and commercial clients on contract disputes.
• Confident managing fast and multi-track matters.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• IT literate with case management experience.
• Insurance funded clients experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Advising clients by phone and face to face.
• Progressing matters using the firm's case management system.
• Handling billing and invoicing.
• Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
