Qualifications

• Experience advising individuals and commercial clients on contract-based disputes.
• Ability to manage your own caseload.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused with excellent communication.
• Confident using case management systems.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with insurance-funded clients (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of fast, intermediate and multi-track litigation files.
• Advising clients by phone and in person.
• Progressing matters using the case management system.
• Billing and invoicing.
