Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Contract & Commercial Lead (BPO) to head a team of Contract & Commercial Managers responsible for strategic outsourcing relationships. You will drive commercial value, manage risk and lead major negotiations across the supplier portfolio.

You will partner with colleagues across Supplier Relationship, Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Legal and Risk to shape supplier strategies, governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing outsourcing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Proven track record leading high-value negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contract governance, risk management, and performance oversight.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
