Job summary

Mint People is hiring Staffing Coordinators in Warrington for our Hospitality Division on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. You will recruit, screen and schedule staff for events nationwide, ensuring client satisfaction and staff welfare.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 skills, excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to travel and work weekends. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

• Recruiting, screening and interviewing team members.
• Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance.
• Scheduling staff and ensuring full coverage across venues nationwide.
• Managing on-call duties and resolving issues during shifts.
• Liaising with clients on staffing requirements and event details.
• Attending events to check in staff and handle welfare concerns.
• Ensuring timesheets are completed for payroll.
• Handling client and staff pay queries.

Salary: £29,500 per annum, Full-Time - Increased after 1 year service

The Role

We're looking to add dynamic and motivated Staffing Coordinators to our Hospitality Division on a full time basis, starting this ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting, screening, and interviewing team members


• Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance


• Scheduling staff and ensuring full coverage across various venues, across the country


• Managing \"on-call\" duties—ensuring staff attend shifts and resolving any issues


• Liaising with clients on staffing requirements and event details


• Attending events to check in staff and handle welfare concerns


• Ensuring timesheets are completed and processed accurately for payroll


• Handling client and staff pay queries


• Attending client meetings when required

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)


• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal


• Confidence and a professional telephone manner


• Ability to engage and interview candidates effectively


• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)


• Flexibility to travel nationwide and work weekends

Work Schedule & Environment

5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends, with some early starts and late finishes

Office/Remote based with travel to and from various clients & events
