Job summary

Mint People are hiring Sous Chef professionals for contract catering roles across venues including schools, canteens, care homes, prisons, and more. You’ll be delivering high-quality meals and service in contract catering environments. Roles include preparing and cooking at your station, collaborating with the culinary team, stocktaking, and ensuring food safety.

Driving and owning a vehicle is ideal as some venues may be remote. Right to work in the UK and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Own vehicle or ability to travel to multiple venues.
• Experience as a Sous Chef in contract catering is advantageous.
