Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a detail-oriented CPQ Business Analyst to support the in-house Configure, Price, Quote, and Contract platform. You will gather functional requirements and act as the liaison between business contacts and the software development team.

The ideal candidate has pricing knowledge, strong documentation skills, and experience with CPQ systems in an Agile environment. This role can be Remote in the US or hybrid from US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ISEB BA preferred.
• 3–7+ years as an IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Experience with CPQ tools and translating pricing logic into requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze working group data to document functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Pricing to define business requirements for CPQ.
• Translate pricing logic into detailed technical requirements for developers.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Validate functionality through testing and SME validation.
• Maintain pricing workflows and system behavior documentation.
• Support enhancements, backlog prioritization, and issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and delivery teams.
