Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst 2 on a fixed-term contract (12 months maternity cover) to support the contract lifecycle from creation to completion. • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Manage and monitor the full contract lifecycle from creation through execution and completion.
• Track contract status and ensure timely progression through internal and external approvals.
• Review contractual terms and identify potential risks, issues, or obligations affecting the business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives on contractual, commercial, and operational matters.
• Provide guidance on contract-related processes and support resolution of contractual challenges.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contract language using approved templates and clauses.
• Support contract process improvements and best practices.
• Communicate new contract procedures and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and contracting standards.
• Effectively manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
