Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Contracts Manager for an approximate 12-month maternity cover, hybrid working in Redhill. You will provide commercial and contractual support across a significant transition/hand-back period, managing variations, claims and close-out activities for complex contracts.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach to contract administration across public sector or large company projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract preparation, negotiation and administration.
• Strong commercial awareness with practical solutions to contractual challenges.
• Experience supporting complex contracts for public sector organisations or large companies with governance and approvals.
• Ability to support claims, variations, contractual correspondence and close-out administration.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned complex systems contracts from delivery through close-out and hand-back.
• Support contract workstreams during the transition/hand-back period and close outstanding actions.
• Monitor contract deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for resolving contractual issues.
• Coordinate submission and negotiation of contract proposals, variations and change orders.
• Assist with compiling evidence to resolve performance issues, including lower-level claims and close-out matters.
• Prepare and maintain contract documents such as SLAs, NDAs, notices and correspondence.
• Review contract reviews, status reports and issue summaries for management.
• Negotiate amendments, flow-down requirements and terms and conditions.
