Sureserve is seeking an administrator to coordinate engineering activities and appointments in Havant. The role involves supporting planned and responsive works, resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely completion of jobs while maintaining high service standards.

You will liaise with customers, residents and engineers, manage changing priorities, keep accurate records, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a busy service delivery environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in contract administration, scheduling, customer service or similar administrative role.
• Confident communicator with customers, residents, engineers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities and appointments.
