Job Description

As part of our Operations Administration Team, you will work closely with our administrators and Contracts Managers to oversee all aspects of operational delivery.

This Will Include
  • Receiving and setting up orders/contracts
  • Liaising with customers to ensure accurate information and gather feedback
  • Supporting the operations team with relevant information
  • Managing holiday requests
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and physical records
  • Handling inquiries via phone and directing calls appropriately
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed
