Position:Mortgage Customer Service Support (Administration)

Department:Mortgages

Contract Type:15-month FTC

Hours:35 hours per week, 9:00am–5:00pm

Salary:£24,000, increasing to £25,050 upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period

Location:Mansfield Head Office – hybrid working available upon completion of 6-month probationary period

Key Duties:

• Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
• Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks
• Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, and email/postal communications
• Handling mortgage completions, including liaison with solicitors and communication with customers
• Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers and brokers
• Carrying out system testing, which also improves knowledge and experience
