At BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding construction-biased business, where YOU can support the FM team as a Contract Administrator.

Position:
  • Support delivery teams to achieve contractual KPIs.
  • Update work orders with all necessary compliance certificates and documents on the clients' CAFM and local folders.
  • Answer and handle all telephone calls efficiently according to the SLA.
  • Communicate with clients regarding queries, updates, and expectations around KPIs and contractual agreements.
  • Liaise with Supervisors on outstanding work.
  • Promote health & safety awareness on site and within the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an office environment and phone communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Positive, resilient, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Effective communication skills, high standards of integrity, quality, customer service, and health and safety awareness.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
