Job description

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

OTE: GBP33,500+pa

12 Month fixed term contract

Contract Administrator Job Details
Basic Salary: GBP28,850pa
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday-08:30-17:30
Location: Northampton

Responsibilities of Contract Administrator
Preparation of new contractual documentation
Validation of incoming documents (contracts, invoices, emails)
Logging and registering our interest in the asset
Preparation of amendments to contractual documentation
Preparation of extensions to contractual documentation
Chasing of contractual documentation from customers
Invoicing customers from the portfolio system
Debtor chasing on portfolio and invoices
Generation of monthly reports aligned with management requirements
Accurately validating and inputting of data entry onto portfolio system and fleet management system
Customer & Supplier due diligence
Answering and handling incoming calls
Filing and scanning of agreements
Organisation and upkeep of the training records and timesheets including overtime recording.
General administration and office duties

Skills and Qualifications of Contract Administrator
Confident with Microsoft office products
High level of accuracy
Well organised and dependable
Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
Presentable and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
