Job summary

Ashford Commercial is offering a Contract Administrator Apprentice (Business Administrator Level 3) in North Walsham. Starting salary is £16,500–£19,000 per annum depending on experience. The role is office-based, 39.5 hours per week, with 20 days' holiday and potential for full-time work after apprenticeship.

You will train with Swarm Training toward a Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 12–18 months, dedicating at least 6 hours weekly to training during working hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Previous work experience is preferred.
• Basic IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage general inboxes.
• Support the team with contract orders and administrative processes.
• Provide general office support to wider teams.
• Input data on internal systems.
• Support Contract Managers.
