Job Description
We are recruiting aContinuous Improvement Practitioner
Ethypharm is seeking a passionate Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our vibrant and forward-thinking production team at our Romford manufacturing facility.
The Continuous Improvement Practitioner plays a pivotal role in deploying and embedding the Ethypharm Continuous Improvement System across our Romford site — driving the delivery of our Business Strategy and enhancing overall performance in Safety, Quality, Waste/Cost, and Delivery.
As a key member of the site team, reporting directly to the CI Manager, the CI Practitioner will be responsible for ensuring the Ethypharm CI System is actively used to build the capability of all site personnel — empowering teams to implement continuous improvement activities as part of their daily work.
