GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a culture of ongoing improvements at our Ollerton site. You will collaborate with operational and cross‑functional teams to enhance performance, productivity, and service for customers.

Key responsibilities include analysing KPIs, coaching teams in best practices, and delivering Lean/Six Sigma based improvements. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a strong focus on cost and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience coaching teams and driving sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain continuous improvement projects across site contracts and functions.
• Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Support change management initiatives and coach teams to adopt best practices.
